Located behind the new WaWa on Fries Mill Road, this is in an area of intense development, a few approved uses are High End Apartments, Medical. Hotel, Townhomes and Large Retail. The township officials call Washington Twp the future Medical Center for South Jersey. The Ground has been fully engineered and had full approvals which have recently expired. The Town indicates the previous approvals for two medical offices totaling 70,000 sq ft could be quickly reaffirmed.
